Gihan is a Quantity Surveyor with over 12 years of experience including 10 years of work in the Middle East. He has a clear, logical way of thinking with a practical and analytical approach to problem solving and a drive to see things through to completion. He has a blend mix of pre contract and post contract experience with a specialized knowledge in contract administration and commercial management of construction projects. He has been part of many successful construction projects in UAE, Qatar and Sri Lanka across various sectors including Health, Residential, Hospitality, Factory and Warehouses, Landscape, and Infrastructure.
