Europa Capital Partners LLP c/o NCAP Holding AB engaged our construction consultancy to provide a Technical Due Diligence report for an upmarket residential project in Central Stockholm. The project aimed to achieve a BREEAM Excellent environmental certificate, highlighting its focus on sustainability.
Our team conducted a comprehensive evaluation of the proposed development, including an assessment of its design, construction, and overall feasibility. We analyzed the project’s compliance with relevant codes and regulations, reviewed the construction drawings and specifications, and conducted interviews with key stakeholders.
