Illum is the premier department store in Copenhagen, composed of two iconic buildings in the most prominent retail location in central Copenhagen, at the intersection of the two main pedestrian streets.

BlackRock with their co-investor, refurbished and repositioned the department store to create this best-in-class retail asset.
