The project is the first stage of a wider development with a focus on delivering a premium quality centered around creating communities with joint social and communal areas and services.
The property is located in a residential area 300 meter from Kista tube station, Kista Center and the Kista Galleria – with its 185 stores and range of services, entertainment and restaurants it has been the most visited mall in Stockholm with ca. 18 million customers annually.
The project consists of 4 towers and approximately 350 apartments and is to be built using modular construction technology, challenging local market construction norms and setting a new standard for delivery.
