The works consist of constructing a new apart hotel located in the Jätkäsaari area of Helsinki.
The basement area would be considered the back of house / technical area, with ground floor area providing flexible workspace areas. Levels 1 to 7 are to be long stay rooms, comprising of living space with kitchen and shower facilities as well as bedroom space provided by the mezzanine area. Level 8 offers itself to flexible work space, sauna area and meeting rooms.
