Aurora was engaged by Pfizer following several successful deliveries across the Nordic region. Tasked with identifying the least disruptive, cost-efficient methodology highlighted the possibility for a sale and leaseback arrangement, funding the improved working environment works and upgrades to facilities.

Throughout the 18 month engagement, Aurora worked closely with the Pfizer team, coordinating multiple stakeholders within the organisation, each with their challenges to meet. As cost-focused Project Managers, Aurora was tasked to deliver Design Management, Change Management and Move Management to maximise returns on this once in a generation opportunity
