The new facility will consist of a new enlarged shopping centre, gym, public library and 7 towers consisting of an aged care home, residential apartments, office space and commercial premises. The new development will focus on sustainability and include multiple connections to the existing underground rail system encouraging residents and visitors to further reduce their carbon footprint by reducing traffic.
