Wael Alkraidy has vast knowledge in planning, design, and construction management in senior capacities. He has managed, participated, and delivered several prestigious and complex projects in the hotel and hospitality, residential, commercial, industrial, and logistic & automobile industries in Dubai, Sweden, and across the Middle East region: this includes but not limited to Bålsta Centrum, Fairmont hotel, Millennium hotel, high-rise residential and commercial buildings and Audi, Porsche & Volkswagen showrooms, and service centers.
Wael is representing Aurora CC by working on Anholt 1 Residentila Project- monitoring HSE plan and inspections as well as technical coordination. Wael ensures formulating the client expectations and project objectives, applying the rules and regulations, and delivering a precise and integrated tender and contract management with the ability to negotiate and arbitration.
