These services include providing cost calculations at each stage of design, tracking cost of design change between design stages, contract advice for all contracts, cost advice in support of the negotiation of the contracts and for each of the tenant fit outs undertaken by the landlord, estimating and agreeing costs of post contract changes, cost reporting and cost forecasting.
