Etelä Esplanadi 12
Historical building and façade refurbishment, located in the CBD of Helsinki.
Canica AS plans to expand on their existing ‘The Well’ luxury spa facility south of Oslo with the construction of a new built hotel. This hotel will provide the opportunity for overnight and conference guests along with the existing day visit guests. The main construction will be a new 4-star hotel with a connection to the existing spa on 4 levels, providing a mix of standard, luxury and suite rooms.
Urban Escape is a landmark re-development of an existing quarter in the heart of Stockholm creating 130,000m2 of lettable office, hotel, conference, retail and restaurants facilities. New residential accommodation will also be added to include a series of roof terrace’s and facilities taking full advantage of the views across Stockholm.
The development of approximately 12,000 square meters of new micro living student accommodation in the Kista area of Stockholm developed to challenge local market competitors and offer a unique international experience.

Mästerhuset is a major mixed-use 30,000m² redevelopment in the heart of Stockholm’s central business district. From the outset the project was a game changer and was the first LEED Platinum building in central Stockholm.
Johnson & Johnson’s local market affiliate McNeil’s well established location in Helsingborg on Sweden’s west coast manage the production and supply of Nicorette gum, the Pan 5 project was part of an ongoing expansion to increase production lines and overall capacity.
The project involved the interior fit-out for the ACNE digital design company within a listed heritage building. Centrally located in Stockholm the project consisted of four floors with full office, conference and break out facilities as well as a photography studio.
