Client Agent role

Deloitte engaged our construction consultancy to provide a Client Agent role for their new head office in Helsinki, which will open in late 2024. Our role involved overseeing the construction process and ensuring that Deloitte’s interests were represented throughout the project.

As the Client Agent, we acted as the main point of contact between Deloitte and the project team, ensuring that their requirements were clearly communicated and that any issues or changes were promptly addressed. We also provided regular updates to Deloitte’s senior management team, keeping them informed of progress and ensuring that the project was delivered on time and within budget.

Our team worked closely with the architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that the building met Deloitte’s specifications and that it was constructed to the highest standards of quality and safety. We also provided advice and guidance to Deloitte on a range of issues, including cost management, risk assessment, and sustainability.
