James has 15 years of experience working in the Nordics and 26 years overall in the built environment. He brings board level experience from his life before Aurora, helping to establish the Aurora brand within the international market place, guiding, governing day to day business operations and performance. With a wide range of clients from international to local investors, James helps deliver their business plans with certainty. The establishment of Aurora as the first Quantity Surveying and Project Management business with RICS accreditation within the Nordics highlights his aim to deliver accountability and transparency for the market. Jame’s experience ranges across the UK and EMEA regions. This experience includes; process industries, pharmaceutical manufacturing, office sale and leaseback programmes, large-scale mixed-use developments, new-build/refurbishment shopping malls, hotels, high rise residential, high-end retail inclusive of new build to meet lease programmes and tenant requirements. “James provided full cost management and project controls services to Pfizer for over ten years.
