Etelä Esplanadi 12 in Finland’s capital Helsinki, consists of six floors of commercial space above ground and one basement floor. The building is of historical importance, having been constructed in 1898 and is located in the business district of Helsinki.

The client brief was to update the interior into luxury office space including the enhancement of existing Mechanical and Electrical services as well as full renovation of the original façade and circulation areas throughout

Aurora Oy are engaged as part of an Integrated Delivery Procurement Model to provide full Project Management, Quantity Surveying and Project Controls services. Fully aligning scope, cost and quality at the early stages providing the real time information at all times for quick informed decision making and most of all, peace of mind for the international client.

The project is due for completion December 2020.
