The project comprised a near complete overhaul of the all those areas, plus the lobby and public areas, to the give the hotel a refreshed and updated look. The 8-storey hotel was kept almost fully operational during the refurbishment, only closing off the areas that were necessary to keep the programme moving. Naturally, loss of income to the hotel was of key concern to the Client team and so we worked closely with the hotel staff on site to minimize disruption to customer experience and ensure that rooms were back in operation but the allocated time slots.

Logistical challenges were methodically overcome through carefully planning and close coordination on the ground. Alongside this, a tight budget was closely monitored and controlled to prevent any overspend, driving best value into the heart of the Project.
