Johnson & Johnson’s local market affiliate McNeil’s well established location in Helsingborg on Sweden’s west coast manage the production and supply of Nicorette gum, the Pan 5 project was part of an ongoing expansion to increase production lines and overall capacity.

Aurora were responsible for the complete delivery of Cost Control services from Stage 1 Estimates through to project delivery and completion in both Scheduling and Cost oversight.
In addition to this Aurora provided J&J World wide engineering team with Project Management assistance to ensure project met delivery goals.
Aurora successfully installed new Pan Coating and Packaging lines within an existing space, utilising existing automation interfaces whilst installing a new coating system. The project also included extensive redevelopment of existing spaces.
