Aurora Construction Consultancy Ltd is proud to announce and welcome Timm Wellens as Development Director. Timm will be responsible to expand Aurora’s capability with Development Management, within Europe and the UK.
With over twenty-five years of extensive experience, Timm has a strong financial acumen and expertise in capital project strategy and delivery. Timm’s skillset spans various roles from an early career as a civil engineering designer, Real Estate Development Management, Project Management Office and Project Delivery Leadership.
Timm has worked on high profile projects including Heathrow Airport, Neo Bankside London, London’s Crossrail; Much of his success comes from his business approach to capital projects managing a total aggregate value exceeding USD 2bn (total project budget over USD 70bn).
